SPARKS Foundation

  • A founder-less, member-less, non-profit Cayman Foundation.

  • Sets the purpose, by-laws, mission and governance mechanism for the ecosystem.

  • Holds treasury of SPARKS tokens and issues grants based on DAO resolutions.

  • Assigns signers from the DAO via resolution that serve to enact grant distributions.

  • Extends trust to members to educate and spread awareness of the purpose and mission.

SPARKS DAO

  • Decentralized organisation that include SPARKS tokenholders and users.

  • Tokenholders provide consensus for Foundation decisions via governance resolutions.

  • Everyone provide consensus for community & product decisions via soft consensus.

GUILDS (sub-DAOs)

  • Groups of DAO members who come together to work on core functions or projects.

  • Guilds are formed organically among community based on common skills, interests or goals.

  • Guilds can be voluntary or may be extended trust and grants via DAO resolutions.

Core GUILDS

  • Core guilds provide core operational support and are organized by specific functions.

  • Some examples include: on-boarding, article-writing, documentation, moderation etc..

  • Starting voluntarily, Core Guilds can gain support from the Foundation via DAO resolution.

Product GUILDS

  • Product guilds ideate and conceptualize new common good or revenue generating services.

  • Operating as product designers they lead research, prototyping and validation of concepts.

  • Product Guilds can obtain Foundation support via DAO resolution for development resources.

  • Upon successful launches, and with DAO resolution, product guilds may receive ongoing support for operations and growth of the services.
